A lifelong resident of Western Monroe County, Sara now resides in Victor, New York with her family. Sara offers an unparalleled level of professionalism, integrity, and excellence in service to her clients. With over ten years of experience buying and selling in Monroe and Ontario County residential Real Estate, her endless energy and passion for her work combined with vast market knowledge bring a "Can Do!" approach that delivers superior results. Sara makes thorough and effective communication a priority with her clients and colleagues throughout the entire process.
She specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to single and multifamily properties that consistently exceed the investment goals of her clients. Sara has flipped many properties and managed over 200+ tenants with a previous management company. Now personally manages for clients, her own investment portfolio along with several commercial and storage facilities.

The Greater Rochester Area is a great place to live and work, which is why Zachary Hall chooses to call it home. With roots in Rochester, New York, Zach moved back to the area after living in Denver to pursue selling his investment property and become a licensed Realtor. Real estate is a passion for Zach, with a background in buyers agency, property management, house flipping, wholesaling, and the foreclosure market, it is easy to see why his clients called Zach for help buying and selling.
Zach is a member of the Ivy House Realty and is overexcited about helping clients take the next step in their homeownership or investment journey. Zach was presented the award of Rising Star in October, 2024 and closed the year off strong by cracking the Top 100 Realtors in the Greater Rochester Area for 2024 out of over 4000 qualified agents.
When Zach isn’t in the field helping clients, in the office or on the job site you’ll often find him spending time with his family, friends and dog Marley.
